Wedding Day Shuttle Service
To the Venue
Pickup begins at 3:30 PM from Caesars Republic and Hilton Vacation Club Lake Tahoe Resort South. Look for shuttles marked "Mia & Alec Rocha" — running continuously until 4:15 PM.
Caesars Republic: Pickup/drop-off at the lot near the back of the hotel, off Stateline Ave & Cedar Ave (across from Basecamp Tahoe South).
Hilton Vacation Club: Pickup/drop-off at the front entrance.
From the Venue
Return shuttles run continuously from 8:30 PM, with the last shuttle departing at 9:45 PM — please plan to head out by then.
